Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Spritz collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website, join our waitlist, or use Spritz products and services, including any third-party integrations, such as Google, that you choose to connect.

Scope Information we collect Connected accounts & integrations How we use information How we share information Retention and deletion Your choices Security Contact

1. Scope

Spritz is an AI Producer for brand experiences. Our services help teams turn briefs, decks, ideas, and production details into concepts, plans, timelines, vendor workflows, and related event-production materials.

This policy applies to the Spritz website at getspritz.ai, our waitlist and marketing communications, and Spritz applications or integrations that link to this policy. It does not apply to third-party websites, venues, vendors, platforms, or services that we do not control.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

We may collect information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, company, role, waitlist information, messages, support requests, feedback, and other communications.

Event and project information

If you use Spritz, you may provide event briefs, pitch decks, budgets, goals, timelines, venue preferences, guest or attendee planning details, vendor details, production notes, files, comments, approvals, and other information you choose to upload or create in the service.

Account and integration information

If you create an account or connect an integration, we may collect account identifiers, authentication metadata, permissions you grant, integration settings, and technical information needed to operate the connection.

Website and usage information

We may collect device, browser, IP address, referral, page-view, interaction, diagnostic, and similar usage information. We use service providers such as Vercel and Brevo to host the website, process waitlist submissions, send communications, and understand basic product or website performance.

3. Connected accounts and third-party integrations

If you choose to connect a third-party account or service, Spritz will request only the access (scopes) needed for the feature you are using. The provider's authorization or consent screen will identify the categories of data requested before you authorize access.

Depending on the Spritz features you enable, connected data may include basic profile information, email address, calendar information, files you select, messages or drafts you choose to use with Spritz, or other data that you explicitly authorize for a user-facing Spritz feature.

You can revoke Spritz's access to a connected account through that provider's account permissions or, where available, through Spritz account settings. Revoking access may limit or disable features that depend on that connection.

Google user data and the Google API Services User Data Policy

If you connect a Google account, Spritz's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide or improve visible user-facing Spritz features, maintain security, troubleshoot, comply with law, or as otherwise permitted by that policy and by your consent.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, personalized advertising, credit-worthiness, lending, or any unrelated purpose. We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you ask us to, we need to do so for security or abuse investigation, it is necessary to comply with law, or the data has been aggregated and used for internal operations in accordance with applicable law.

4. How we use information

We use information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve Spritz; provide waitlist and product communications; create and manage accounts; generate event concepts, plans, timelines, vendor workflows, and related materials; personalize your experience; respond to requests; analyze service performance; prevent fraud or misuse; and comply with legal obligations.

Spritz may use AI service providers to process prompts, project details, uploaded files, and other content so the product can generate outputs for you. We design these workflows to use the information needed for the requested feature and to apply contractual, technical, and operational safeguards appropriate to the data involved.

5. How we share information

We may share information with service providers that host, secure, analyze, support, or help operate Spritz; with collaborators or workspace members you invite; with vendors, venues, agencies, or partners when you direct us to share information or when sharing is necessary for a feature you choose to use; with professional advisors; with authorities or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, or security; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

When Spritz helps you communicate with vendors, venues, production partners, or other event participants, you are responsible for confirming what information should be shared and for obtaining any permissions needed from attendees, clients, employees, contractors, or other people whose information you provide.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Spritz, maintain business records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, account status, feature usage, legal requirements, and operational needs.

You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We may retain certain information where required or permitted by law, including for security, fraud prevention, backup integrity, legal compliance, and legitimate business records.

7. Your choices and rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in those emails or contacting us. You may also request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing, where applicable law gives you those rights.

Some browsers and devices allow you to limit cookies or similar technologies. If you disable certain technologies, parts of the site or service may not work as intended.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Spritz is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Spritz, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

10. International users

Spritz is based in the United States. If you use Spritz from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws different from those in your location.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the date above or providing additional notice in the service. If we materially change how we use Google user data, we will provide notice and obtain any consent required by Google's policies or applicable law before using that data in a new way.
